“I completely recommend Alex as a personal trainer! He has created training programmes that benefit my trampolining, focusing on specific exercises and movements that increase power in the legs and technique for my sport. I have a session with him once a week, and go to the gym on my own twice a week; which he has put exercises onto the personal trainer app that I’ll use for my gym sessions. Overall, very enthusiastic and friendly! Also will make sessions a lot of fun and very rewarding ??”
