I will guide you through each unit and lecture in the MindFit course over video call or your preferred method. I will help you adopt the techniques of MindFit into your lifestyle, in line with your goals. To do this, we will fill out the worksheets in detail together and I will provide you with feedback and targets to help maximise the results.
Based on your goals I will work out the most efficient and lasting way to get there through nutrition strategies. We may adopt methods that involve sharing a food diary and setting targets. Using regularly check-ins we will go over your individual targets and adjust when needed. Please not we will not be adopting any specific diets (unless required), since they simply don’t work.Â
These packages are only available to those who have completed the MindFit course and I take a limited number of participants. This give me the ability to work closer with my clients across all of my plans. I will personally be contactable 24/7, and pride myself on a quick response rate. You can contact me if you are struggling with anything or have any questions around nutrition, exercise and mindset. All of the plans also include a weekly check-in, which we can arrange together and conduct it using a method to suit you (Skype, Zoom, email, Whatsapp, phone, text).
You will have access to my premium method of custom programming, via a mobile app. This will give you your custom programme straight to your phone so you can see the workouts and exercises set for each week. You can go through each workout entering all the details of your session which then get tracked over time so you can see your progress. When formulating the programme I will consider your training history, current fitness level, any injuries, work and other commitments, equipment access and your personal likes/dislikes. To make you part of the process and increase your knowledge of exercise programming so you can continue independently I encourage you to come up with some workout ideas.
You won’t need any exercise equipment or specialised cooking equipment. We will work around your current lifestyle to ensure it’s completely sustainable for lasting results. However, if you have equipment or like attending a gym or certain classes we can include this in your programme.
