  • STEP 1: Free Consultation

    This is a great opportunity for us to understand each other, what's on offer and how that might help you reach your goals. I recommend everyone take the opportunity to see what personal training is all about and if it's the right fit. For a lot of people it works extremely well and for some people it's not the best fit. This is a great way to test this without spending a penny. It's certainly not a sales pitch and we both need to agree it's the best option for you.   • STEP 2: Select a Package

    This comes down to how many times a week you would like to train with me 1:1. Things to consider when you are thinking about how many 1:1 sessions you want per week are; your motivation levels and how much activity you might be required to do outside of our sessions, your budget, access to certain equipment you might want to use, other activities or sport you already do. All of which will impact your progress towards your goals. If you are someone with minimal motivation and confidence, 2-5 1:1 session per week might be best. If you are already doing some fitness or have the motivation to workout alone or at a gym, 1 session a week 1:1 might be best.

  • STEP 3: Programme Creation & Workout Schedule

    Whichever package you opt for, I will create a programme based around your goals and lifestyle. I also help with nutrition and mindset on all of the packages.Our first session will involve a health and fitness assessment. Using this data, alongside your goals and the package you have chosen we will create a structure exercise programme and the best way to execute this with our availability.
